When you make an electronic payment through our website, you are considered to have accepted the distance sales contract and the cancellation contract presented to you.
Service recipients can obtain services through ANGELİC GROUP SAĞLIK VE SEYAHAT LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ's websites or other online platforms that will be announced. These services are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
The contract becomes effective upon the recipient's approval and is fulfilled with the provision of the service.
Online consultations and question-and-answer services do not replace an in-person examination; they are only advisory in nature.
An online doctor consultation does not replace a traditional examination; the information obtained from this service should be evaluated with your physician.
If a referral to another specialty is made during the service, this will incur additional charges.
Advance payments for surgical or face-to-face treatment services are valid for scheduling the appointment; no refunds are provided if the appointment is missed.
Appointments are arranged based on mutual agreement considering the availability of both the recipient and the doctor.
Payment obligation arises with the confirmation of the appointment.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:
If the service fee is not paid on time, the obligation to provide the service ceases.
In the case of unauthorized use of the credit card, the service recipient commits to making the payment.
If the service cannot be provided due to force majeure, the service recipient may request cancellation or postponement. In case of cancellation, payment will be refunded within 14 days.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The service recipient has the right to withdraw from the contract until the service is provided. Notification of the right of withdrawal must be made through the specified communication channels.
Notification for exercising the right of withdrawal must be made in accordance with the relevant regulations.
Cancellations made up to 12 hours before the appointment time will be refunded; however, services canceled less than 12 hours before the appointment will incur a 30% deduction before the remaining amount is refunded.
EXCEPTIONS:
There is no right of withdrawal for advance payments for medical treatment services.
For online services, there is no right of withdrawal for services initiated with the recipient's approval.
The service provider is not responsible for any disruptions in service caused by issues with image quality or internet speed.
In face-to-face treatment services, if the appointment is not attended, the service duration cannot be extended.
